We founded Vintronic with one goal in mind: to provide our customers with an honest, satisfying and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are outlined below. Please take a look and contact us for more information.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How it works
All prices are in Euro. Until the agreement has been concluded, Vintronic is authorized to change prices.
Vintronic is a small business with a VAT exemption and therefore cannot charge VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically. If you are not presented with the correct shipping rate at checkout, please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form.
Pick up is only possible by appointment.
Vintronic is not bound by orders placed on the basis of inaccuracies on the website, to the extent that the buyer could reasonably have understood that it was a mistake or error.
Vintronic strives to ship all orders within three working days after receipt of payment. The stated terms are indicative and may deviate from this (for example during holiday periods).
Delays in delivery due to an item being out of stock will be reported to the customer by email or telephone.
Orders may be delivered in parts. Partial deliveries and subsequent deliveries will be received by the customer without additional shipping costs.
Payment is always made in advance.
Shipping is possible to all member states of the European Union. For shipments outside of these countries, please contact us in advance.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How it works
The customer is obliged to check the products immediately upon receipt for defects or incompleteness and to inform Vintronic of any deviations.
The customer has the right to return the delivered items within 7 days after receipt in the original packaging and the supplied accessories without damage and including a completed return form. You can request this return form via the contact form. Without this return form, returns will not be processed.
Excluded from returns are: software or other similar products of which the seal has been broken, personalized products (custom-made), consumables such as batteries, record player needles and the like unless in original and closed packaging.
If a customer has invoked termination of the agreement and the order has been returned, Vintronic will refund the amount within 15 working days. Refund will be made to the bank account specified by the buyer. For refund to a Dutch account, the buyer provides his IBAN – BIC details.
Only private individuals can return items, companies cannot.
The images shown in the Vintronic Webshop may differ from the delivered product. Article descriptions will not differ but will correspond to the properties of the product.
WARRANTY AT VINTRONIC
Our Policy
Most items have a statutory warranty period of one year. Exceptions are loose components, service parts, lamps, batteries, record player needles, tape recorder/cassette deck heads, CD player lasers and the like, these items are not covered by a warranty.
The one-year warranty period only applies to devices that have been completely overhauled. Repaired devices are only covered by the warranty if the same error occurs again and only if the cause is the same. If additional parts need to be replaced, this is at the customer's expense.
If an item is defective, the customer must always contact us in advance via the contact form.
If an item is returned, it must be sufficiently stamped and always accompanied by a returns form, a copy of the invoice and a confirmation email from customer service.
The returned items will be inspected by Vintronic upon receipt. The warranty does not apply if the item was insufficiently protected against transport damage upon return, the wear and tear can be considered normal, changes have been made to or in the product, warranty seals have been broken, there are defects that have arisen due to incorrect or improper use or if the defect has arisen due to intent or gross negligence or negligent maintenance.
The shipping costs to return an item to Vintronic are always at the customer's expense.
Shipping costs to send a replacement or repaired item to the customer will be borne by Vintronic.
Returns without a return form and copy of the purchase invoice or with insufficient postage will not be processed and will become the property of Vintronic again.
OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Your data is safe
Vintronic respects the privacy of its customers and ensures that all personal information is treated confidentially. The personal data is stored in the Vintronic database. The data provided by the buyer in this database is used to process the order. In addition, this personal data is used for internal marketing purposes, such as sending mailings and/or offers from Vintronic.
These personal data will not be provided to third parties who are not affiliated with Vintronic.
LIABILITY
Our Policy

Vintronic's liability is limited to the invoice value. Any further or other liability is excluded, unless this is not permitted by law. Vintronic is never liable for damage in the form of loss of turnover or income, indirect damage or any other.

Vintronic specifically accepts no liability when (consequential) damage occurs due to the unprofessional installation or replacement of supplied service parts. The customer is responsible for the professional installation of the supplied parts.

Our responsibility is limited to the first time the order is presented at the address specified by the customer.

Vintronic is not responsible for any loss of the order if the customer has provided incorrect address details when placing the order. Any additional costs incurred if the order is returned and/or has to be sent a second time are at the expense of the customer.

Vintronic is not responsible for the loss of the order if this order has been delivered to an address where multiple people can accept the package. For example, at companies, institutions, student houses, room rental companies, etc.

If the shipping service or courier service states that an order has been delivered, Vintronic is no longer responsible.
